Session 1: Theme - Self Discovery

The main objective of this session is to provide participants with an authentic look in the mirror. Participants will take time to reflect on how they view themselves as well as learn how they are perceived by others. Wrapping around this process is information about how powerful intentional communication can be as well as planning for the strategic design of a new personal communication platform.

(based on MBTI, 360, ELI assessments that have been completed prior to the session, as well as self, peer and coach input.)

Session 1: Theme - Perspective Shifting

The main objectives of this session are to first enable participants to step outside themselves to understand and value others perspectives. Then to empower them to adapt their personal style to better accommodate, accept and influence others in a healthy and positive way.

C. Common differences leading to communication challenges
D. STAR Performers

Session 2: New Language Techniques

The focus of this session is to introduce, train and practice new language techniques using all of the personal assets at our disposal. As a result of this learning, participants will be able to more precisely create environments of open and productive communication.

A. Improving our speech acts
B. Using body dispositions to create the right environment
C. Leveraging our moods and emotions to change our opportunities
D. Being courageous in the pursuit of authentic communication

Session 2: Communication Mastery

This session brings together nearly a year’s worth of participant efforts towards learning and practicing communication skills. This session is about finesse in communications and addresses the more challenging situations in which excellent communication is essential for a high-level leader and producer.

C. Negotiating win-win outcomes
D. Confessions and apologies
E. Building your charisma quotient
F. Action plan assessment & fine tuning
