Assessments Information
As a participant in the upcoming Excelerate In Demand Workshop, we’d like to welcome you to an elite group of business professionals. This dynamic and interactive program is designed to provide you with information, training and coaching which will enable you to elevate your communication skills to a substantially higher level. The result for you will be an increased ability to positively impact and more directly determine the outcome of the many situations you are in as leaders, professionals and high-impact performers.
This course will take place on Thursday and Friday, and optional Saturday.
The pre-work for this session includes:
1. Completion of 360 Feedback Assessment. You will be sent an Excel spreadsheet on which we need you to indicate the names, email addresses and phone numbers of people who you would like to review you for this 360. When you have completed your list of participants, please save the file as ‘yourname.360 Participants’ and return it to donnell@iexcelerate.com.
a. You must have at least 3 respondents for each category except “Superior.”
b. You may have up to 30 respondents in total.
c. This 360 is focused on communication and will take respondents approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
d. As a BEST PRACTICE we recommend that you alert your participant group that you have selected them to help in your development and to expect an email directing them to the assessment. Many times people are unfamiliar with these assessments and subsequently ignore them. If you introduce the request for their input, the responses are much quicker.
e. We must receive your list of respondents no later than 2 weeks prior to class so that respondents have ample time to complete the assessment
f. Upon receipt of your respondent list, you will receive a link to your self-assessment. You must complete your self assessment 3 days prior to class .
2. Completion of the MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator). This assessment will take you approximately 20 minutes to complete and you can begin anytime. To take the assessment:
a. Go to https://online.cpp.com
b. To Login enter the following and then click on login:
----i. Login: excelerate
----ii. Password: exceler8
----iii. Leave the User ID Blank
----iv. Click Begin
c. From the menu, select the following Assessment: MBTI, Form M and begin the assessment
d. Your MBTI must be completed 3 days prior to class.
4. Completion of Self Assessment (Word Document): 3 days prior to class.
